These registration details are proof that I belong to the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists and The Health and Care Professions Council. This means I am fully insured and qualified to practice as a U.K.Physiotherapist.

Welcome to the new website!

I thought it was well overdue to have a website refresh after 14 years so I hope you like it and it does look refreshed. Both Catherine and I will post regular blogs and articles to keep you up to date with current research and techniques along with general information and advice.

I like to think that we offer professional and effective service with a smile. Our aim is to make you feel at ease and encourage you to ask questions and be involved in your journey back to whatever it is you like doing.

I’m delighted to say that I’m now back running three face-to-face Pilates classes in local village halls and hope to start more as demand grows.

As many of you will know, if you ask me a question about any of my animals (dog, cat, alpacas, horse, bees), you will distract me temporarily so as to earn a short break between exercises!

Having just moved to Goring, I love the river walks, riding on the Downs, and more recently, playing tennis. Hopefully this season, I’ll stay on my feet and not end up sliding on the court on my knees and elbow!

For those of you who don’t know me I don’t tend to spend much time sitting. I really enjoy being as active as I can! A lot of my time is spent running both my children around and as they are getting older being a general taxi service!

When I am not busy with the children you will find me most probably in the weights area at the gym. Over the last few years it is something I have become really passionate about. I also really love hiking, and our latest trip to the Lake District was spectacular! 43 miles in 4 days was accomplished, with Striding Edge, Helvelyn, Scarfell Pike and Haystacks having being conquered.

I am very much looking forward to our next climbing adventures!
